Homeowners do not create independent accounts. Access to homeowner project portals is granted only through invitations from contractors using the Service.

3. Services

Jobsite Loop provides software that helps contractors communicate with homeowners through features including:

• AI-assisted project updates
• Project timelines
• Photo and video sharing
• Voice note processing
• Project documentation
• Client selections
• Contract information
• Change order tracking
• Project communication tools

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Review AI-generated content before sharing it with homeowners.
• Ensure that all project information shared through the Service is accurate and appropriate.

You are solely responsible for communications sent to your clients.

5. AI Features

Jobsite Loop uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and organize project information. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Contractors are responsible for reviewing and approving all information before sending it to homeowners. Jobsite Loop does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by Jobsite Loop LLC. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, videos, contracts, voice recordings, and project information. By uploading content, you grant Jobsite Loop a limited license to process, store, transmit, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the software.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or spam.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, abuse of the Service, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Jobsite Loop LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobsite Loop LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
